Why is Signage Plus so full-featured at $8?
We believe gating basic signage features behind expensive tiers is a bad deal for customers. Every integration, every content type, scheduling, analytics, Microsoft 365 — all of it is in the base plan. You pay more only if you need screen mirroring or advanced enterprise features.
How does per-screen pricing work?
You pay for each physical display running HelixCast. Whether it runs signage 24/7 or hosts a mirroring session, the per-screen price is the same.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Signage Plus covers everything digital signage. Signage & Mirroring adds WebRTC and native casting. Unlocked adds multi-screen mirroring, advanced analytics, emergency alerts, and custom branding.
Are integrations really unlimited on every plan?
Yes. We don't gate integrations by tier. Every integration we support — weather, stocks, RSS, Google Reviews, Microsoft 365, calendar feeds, and more — is available on every paid plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, full access, no credit card required. No watermarks on your displays.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users are not the billing unit — screens are. Add as many content creators and schedulers as you need.
Are prices in CAD?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.
